Cool Smoothie Recipe

With the summer heat and humidity, it’s essential to stay hydrated with plenty of water. Besides water, my family loves to cool down with a delicious smoothie. Smoothies are also a great way to fill your hungry stomach with nutritious ingredients, especially in the evenings when it’s best to eat a light meal. One of my family’s favorite tasty and healthy smoothie recipes is what I call Blueberry Delight.

Blueberry Delight Recipe:

  • 2 cups of frozen blueberries (note: you can add other frozen fruit in addition or in place of blueberries)

  • 1-2 ripe frozen bananas

  • 2 cups of soymilk

  • Mix in blender until smooth consistency (feel free to add or subtract soymilk and/or blueberries as necessary)

  • Enjoy!
